My uncle ran his own construction business for years. He was good at what he did — really good. The kind of contractor who took pride in every job, showed up on time, and did work that spoke for itself. But the business side was a different story. Leads slipped through the cracks. Follow-up was inconsistent. Marketing was confusing and expensive. Eventually the business went under. I was young when it happened. But I never forgot it. Because it wasn't his craft that failed him. It was the system around it — and nobody was there to help him build it.

My name is Jordy Santos. I'm 27, born and raised in New York City, and I've been obsessed with marketing since my early 20s when I started my first ecommerce business. I wasn't good at it right away. But I kept going because something about it fascinated me — specifically the psychology behind it. Why do people make decisions? What makes someone trust a brand? What actually moves someone from interested to ready to buy? Those questions led me deeper into marketing, advertising, systems and automation. And eventually they led me here — to contractors.

Just a bill and an excuse. That's not how I operate. Not even close.
